@wiredfire@mstdn.social @djlink@mastodon.gamedev.place The picture I've gotten is that if you're a CEO or politician this reads more like, “Hey look our product is dangerous/illegal/immoral and they're letting us get away with it lol. You definitely shouldn't miss out!”. Seems to have worked well for them, seeing they've repeated this kind of talk since the beginning.
