There is nothing that I (or anyone) can design that uses an "AI" agent that will materially make my job easier, make the company more efficient, or reduce costs.
I was kvetching with my therapist about my conundrum. I don't want to lose my job or not be seen as a "team player”. I only recently got this job after being laid off from the last one. I've been laid off SIX TIMES. It doesn't get easier. Each time it happens, I wonder if this is the layoff that I don't bounce back from. (2/5)

My therapist had an idea. What if my #AI contribution is some kind of guardrail that keeps “AI" from damaging the company? I told her that the two times "AI" was foisted on my so far, it was wrong, and I had to fix it. (3/5)
