Exec says that he doesn't look at code anymore. In that, he means that he still performs code reviews, but doesn't write code from scratch.
When broached about how he errors in errors in the code he does review (and admits there are always errors), he pivots to asking how would testing tools have caught this if a human didn't.
If the testing didn't or couldn't catch it, it's a problem with the tests. Furthermore, testing tooling is garbage RN, and exists only to check boxes.

2) Professional has a band they adore. Using Claude Code, he quickly coded up a website to track and follow their latest tour, including dates, track lists, "SEO-compliant" (I don't know what that means), venue maps, etc. He was really impressed with the iteration speed with which he was able to create this fan site. He closes with a clarion call to designers to learn these tools in order to shape their future. \3
