Pretty consistently getting 6-7 hours of “normal” function out of a purported 8-12 hour XR dose, which is why I’m hoping to double the quantity rather than just the dosage. Being able to take a second dose and have it kick in just before the crash from the first would help tremendously for being able to do my day job AND be a productive member of the household.

@ajn142@infosec.exchange I know some people who have a second smaller prescription for instant release they take in the early afternoon instead of a second XR. Keeps to total daily dosage lower but is effective for them anyway.
