@jamesrg@famichiki.jp How does your point two work exactly? If big tech stole a source without buying a copy, it has no license. If it bought one copy, it has a license to use that copy. It's as if I retyped a copyrighted work, then threw away my source. How have I avoided copyright problems simply by commercially using my retyped version?
