@EllenInEdmonton@yeg.bike understandable, and lucky you! It always flummoxes me when a tiny rural town is more progressive than the city I now live in (one of the top 10 most populous in the US) - I know of none here local

@inarticulatequilter@mastodon.art @EllenInEdmonton@yeg.bike I live in a big metro now and sometimes I still am surprised by how the small town I grew up in would just... Do things. Nobody wants to drive to the city, so they do it themselves 😂
