Tangentially, we just had new windows installed and they insulate tighter, but have been gassing off (from the sealant, and the casing?) And my asthma has been worse than in years
I asked pharmacist if they changed my medication, but no
Maybe it’s something else, but these environmental factors seem a likely candidate
I really hope it gets better as the windows age in. Hearing about gas stoves I don’t think I’d ever get one

@AccordionBruce@mastodon.social @ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org using MERV 12 or 13 filters on my furnaces definitely helped me with my allergies. a full house humidity system made all my wooden musical instruments happier but also really made my mucous membranes more functional. the downside is that humidity systems are finicky and high MERV filters require changing every month or 3.
