Gang... I'm so long out of the game of buying home network routers, I'd appreciate recommendations for my parents:
- two routers that can mesh between ground and attic floors (standard 100-year old house with a few brick walls and wooden floors
- only for 3 peeps (although up to 12 at Christmas) on a 100Gb connection
- two apply tvs, iphones, apple laptops
- needs to be reliable, fool proof to setup
- security a benefit but nothing too complex
Thoughts and feelings welcome

@chongliss@mastodon.ie Maybe powerline networking is an option for you? I assume the electrics have been upgraded over the 100 years. You just set up one near your main router and put the other where you want wi-fi. If you buy from the same manufacturer, additional boxes should be able to pair with the others.
