Which, isn’t even a thing.
Smith’s address yesterday talked about some kind of legal and Constitutional process for leaving Confederation. But there isn’t one. That is not how Canada works.
But of course her US funders don’t know how Canada works and they don’t care. They half believe they can just annex us and be done with it. Failing that, break the country up somehow.

Smith however, is free to leave and I wish she would. In fact it would be a sweet ending to this that, once she is finally trounced in her next election, she slinked off to the US and became a thought partner at some Koch brothers sponsored David Cameron Memorial Think Tank devoted to helping people make the worst political decisions that benefit a select few while wrecking shit for everyone else.
