Autistic tip I learned the hard way: Everyday, wear visibly different clothes to what you wore yesterday. Because no amount of explaining to a neurotypical that yes, you shower everyday, and yes you wear clean clothes everyday it's just all your comfy shit tends to look the same even if it doesn't feel the same will suffice. They'll go to HR and suddenly you haven't showered for weeks and are stinking out the office... no, coming in with still damp hair won't solve it either.
