This is where GDPR helps. The privacy system asks what country you're in, presumably to figure out whether they have to honour my request or not.
I realise this annoyance is nothing compared to the people needing help, who are using these services. As such, I'm glad they exist, and I know they need to find themselves too somehow.
Ugh just ugh let me donate without having yet another account or ghost account created. We should be making this easy.

@sarajw@front-end.social ohhh I am in the same boat. Every now and then I get another e-mail and it infuriates me that you have to make an account to unsubscribe. 😤 I can’t imagine what it is like to be in the US where I bet this kind of thing happens tenfold!
