@teledyn@mstdn.ca I mean, the problems are amplified in a networked world, but looking at how the software I've worked on has been developed, we went from way more robust verification processes and testing harnesses, to "deploy it with A/B testing and roll back/deploy a patch if the users find issues". So I stand by my statement.
