To be frank, too many tech expertise collectives think they can just intuit their way to intervention science and never research what creates an effective behavioral intervention or comm. Getting a lecture in bullet points reduced to such a high generalization there's no process detail isn't it.

@grimalkina@mastodon.social I promise I'm not just linking everything you say to Weinberg; it's just, he was marvelously important to me and you say and develop on a lot of the things missing from conversations as his voice fades, so to speak. In _Becoming a Technical Leader_, he describes this as "no-problem syndrome;" a person describes a problem, their interlocutor says "no problem," offers a solution - but cannot articulate the problem that is being had, only whatever solution their mind is locked into.
