RE: https://zpravobot.news/@Rainmaker1973/117003790999890117 you can just slap iceberg lettuce stem-down onto something hard to remove the stem/core easily! alt for video: woman with grey shirt and glasses in the kitchen, shows a large iceberg lettuce head and explains she'll show how to quickly remove it. she holds it in two hands, and then bashes it on the side of the large wooden cutting board she's situated at, and then pulls out the stem with the core attached, showing the underside/inside of the lettuce head which has no more stem. #cooking
