@DarcMoughty@infosec.exchange Unsure if you are in a position where you have sway to do this, but put fake meetings on your calendar to allocate for recovery/work-on-your-own time,, decline invites to things that make no sense (or reply with persnickety "explain precisely why I should be in this meeting"). At my place we encourage pushing back on stupid meetings that waste our time, and shaming the organizer if their meeting is poorly constructed.
