Apparently Musk is finally launching his new money thing. Sort of, not what he originally promised, in most US states. They didn't manage to get money transmitter licenses (MTL) in New York or Massachusetts. Part of an MTL is "the effectiveness of the written compliance program including policies and procedures" it seems hard to me to think of X passing that hurdle. It's clear that Musk doesn't care about compliance and only hires people who do what he says. It can't be "effective" under him.
