I definitely gained weight when I lived in NL for various reasons. I didn’t think I’d struggle so much to get basic clothes when we moved back to Japan… I’ve always had trouble getting bottoms because of my big butt (even when I was lean and fit), but UGH! I’m so frustrated with myself for letting my body get like this. I know I’m losing weight since being back and being more active (so much walking!) and drinking less beer etc. but yeah… I need to do more.
