against women and children… these are criminal CONVICTIONS on actions 1) that we know of 2) on crimes that have notoriously low convictions rates. Another aspect that I had lost track of is: these inhumane POS are also kidnapping brutalizing and killing people for ...civil infractions. for not having correct papers.
