Are there any role-playing games out there that can handle more than a dozen players at the same time and can do a one-shot in a couple of hours?

@jaranta@scholar.social I tend towards freeform LARP (of the type sold by https://www.freeformgames.com/ ) for that number of folk. It avoids having the downtime you get when only one player can talk at once.
