HOW TO ARGUE WITH ME
I do not participate in coalition inference: identifying which "side" a sentence resembles, assigning me that side's beliefs, and then responding to those beliefs instead of my words. I consider that practice intellectually corrosive and ethically wrong.
I will try to apply these same standard to you. If you think I have replaced your claim with a more familiar or politically convenient version, quote the substitution and correct me.
I will concede when I am wrong.

1. Dispute the actual claim I am making. Ideally quote it. Do not substitute it with a nearby claim that someone from an opposing coalition might make. There is a good chance I don't agree with that coalition. I endeavor to say exactly what I mean. 2. Do not flatten the logical form. If I put a statement in a conditional, then I am not asserting the consequent unless the antecedent is true. An analogy is not an equivalence. A critique of evidence is not a critique of the problem. 2/
