Been a rough couple of days trying to avoid all things political from both sides of the border. It even bled into my beloved Sportscentre (spelled with RE) 🇨🇦 🫎 Occasionally I'll disappear when I get overwhelmed / overstimulated. It's not you, it's me. 🤜 💥 🤛 #mentalhealth #depression
