Last year it was the 1700th anniversary of the Council of Nicaea. There have recently been meetings between the Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church. One of the key topics is the potential fixing of the misalignment between Orthodox and Catholic Easter. I welcome this because my wife is Greek and taking my son to Greece for family Easter is a legal and logistical nightmare with the schools here. But maybe while they're at it, they should also align with the Jewish religion, given they're supposed to be from a common base?
