Speaking of Tarot Cards. I've designed two Oracle Decks. Neither of which I've yet commissioned an artist for.
The first existed before #StableDiffusion or Diffusion Models in general.
So I spent three days scouring the internet for art to pirate so that I had placeholder art to use.
The more recent one I've chosen to use #AIArt as placeholder art.
It's far more ethical for me to use #AI for this purpose.
It consumes fewer resources, is less thefty, and requires fewer human resources. 9/

So often I see the Puritan Work Ethic sneaking into #AntiAI rhetoric. The idea is that human toil is inherently valuable. That #AI displacing human labor is bad. No. So far AI is only able to replace content mills and similar kinds of soul crushing work. This is so wildly misplaced. If AI were capable of writing a novel (which it isn't) then it should do that, and human storytellers would still be useful because the technology is inherently and mathematically mediocre. 10/
