@annaleen@wandering.shop That's a real shame. They used to be so great. I was excited to notice they have one in Arlington, but now I'm less excited.

@mattblaze@federate.social I know the chain was bought, but I'm not certain if every theater will be affected the same way? They still show cool movies, but the whole "come early for pre-show shorts, get some food, and make an evening of it" element is gone.
