If You upgrade PKGBASE FreeBSD from 15.0 to 15.1-RELEASE version make sure You have these packages installed after 'pkg upgrade' command: - FreeBSD-pam - FreeBSD-pam-dev - FreeBSD-pam-lib - FreeBSD-zstd-lib Because w/o them - You will not be able to login(1) or use pkg(8) at all. @vermaden@mastodon.bsd.cafe So many of these details appear to be requiring people to construct them for themselves, which is not the standard I have come to expect from the project, so I'm not sure what has changed.

@vermaden@mastodon.bsd.cafe pkgbase is FreeBSDs gift that just keeps on giving. I’m staying on 14.x for as long as possible, and I’ll re-evaluate the situation when that goes EOL.
