@ygathgoch@cloudisland.nz Non native speaker here: I don't get what the problem is with the silk (I assume the purple one)?
Also: the red top looks amazing and I also like the dragonfly fabric.
Is it enough for a dress? Something like this

@dec_hl@mastodon.social the dragonfly fabric is very stiff, similar to curtain fabric, so wouldn’t fall the same way the red one does. Unfortunately it’s only 2m of narrow fabric, so not enough for a dress. That Burda pattern would work if I had more of it. That other dress is gorgeous!
