another reason to love Hertz rental cars: if you drive one of their rental cars in Colorado and you hit any of Colorado's many every-lane-is-a-toll highways, normally Colorado takes a photo of your car then mails you a bill, but Hertz intercepts those and adds DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF TWO TOLLS onto it for "convenience"

@mathowie@xoxo.zone others are joining the fun. with avis, if you hit one toll on any day in your trip, they will tack a $6/day for every day of your rental, regardless of whether you use tolls on the other days.

but Matt you say, surely the same car rental agency that employed OJ Simpson for so many years couldn't possibly make any shady business decisions today, right?
