@glyph@mastodon.social This doesn't mean you have to like it or think it's good or that there are no issues with it, just that I think there is a coherent structure to the series and its mythology, and I thought they did an OK job pulling off a conclusion that fit with it.

@ubernostrum@infosec.exchange weirdly I agree with you. I actually think the macro-structure of the plot hangs together fine, this is clearly where they intended to go. The big problems I have with it have to do with where these supernatural influences actually intersect with the individual motivations of the characters.
