@zzt@mas.to altman seems like the kind of guy who reads pop-science headlines and takes them as gospel.
Yes, humans prefer doing things over not doing things. But humans also prefer meaningful activities, i.e. not the kind of work altman wants us all to do.
People would still be busy in a four day work week. Busy with fitting all their friends and hobbies into their new free time and they would be much happier.

@lhp@mastodon.social @zzt@mas.to yeah, just because Sam botfucking Altman goes and powers down in a closet whenever he's not in his office doesn't mean that the rest of us aren't able to find meaning and purpose in our lives outside of a paycheck.
