Honestly spicy take: open source means accepting people will use your code in ways you don't like. The GPL does not contain a clause like "don't use this in a nuclear weapon" for example. Or "don't use this to murder innocent people." It does not contain a clause like "do not use this to train a model." Such prohibitions would not be allowed under free software guidelines and no one would ship your software. You accept this when you publish your code online: that someone you hate will use it. An example: remember when Stuart Semple made "the world's pinkest pink" and put it under the "anyone but Anish Kapoor" license? And then Anish Kapoor used it anyway? It's like that. If you don't like this, don't publish your code as open source.
