tiny UX/accessibility quirk that actually drives me nuts: if you're building an interface meant to be used with a tablet or in VR, if your tooltips don't activate on hover even with the cursor in motion: your tooltips are broken

it is functionally not possible to "not move the cursor" in vr and also on many tablets that sense pen position without touch. this worsens with any kinda hand tremor in either situation. please implement some kinda sticky dwell hover please
