For arthritis reasons, I've been incorporating fermented foods in my diet this year.
I don't care for sauerkraut or kimchi, but I love kefir and buttermilk. Bubbies pickles (the only fermented ones readily available in my area), olives in brine, bleu cheese, yogurts with cultures, salami, homemade vinaigrette with apple cider vinegar and sourdough are the foods that work well for me. I try to have at least a few bites of five different ones each day.
