Yes, it's fermented in the making of it... I try to opt for more rustic salami than the thinly pre-sliced stuff, but yes, salami is fermented.

@NorcalGma2@sfba.social @sundogplanets@mastodon.social I forgot to mention miso paste, I've begun adding a spoonful of white miso paste to salad dressings, soups and other things-haven't tried it, but I've read that it adds a nice flavor to peanut butter cookies!
