I forgot to mention miso paste, I've begun adding a spoonful of white miso paste to salad dressings, soups and other things-haven't tried it, but I've read that it adds a nice flavor to peanut butter cookies!

@FiddleSix@zeroes.ca @NorcalGma2@sfba.social @sundogplanets@mastodon.social Miso soup is a joy, IMO. I've often said people should be greeted with that on entrance to Heaven. And I don't think I could eat kimchi or sauerkraut at all either.
