pkgconf code of conduct has been updated: https://github.com/pkgconf/pkgconf/blob/main/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md
- humans are now expected to follow the current version of the contributor covenant
- organizations are not only expected to follow the contributor covenant, but may be organizationally banned if they attempt to pressure the pkgconf maintainers
i will not be bullied by piles of matrix multiplications

@ariadne@social.treehouse.systems seems reasonable as a whole; your project, your contribution rules. Wouldn't you ban Google's Project Zero with these guidelines?
