Earlier today, I got a voicemail from an elderly lady, it was a wrong number. Something about her message made me think she was lonely and needed some help. At first, I thought about just deleting it. But, I called her back, told her she had a wrong number, and then asked if there was anything she needed. She was ok in the end. But I could hear her smile.
