@munin@infosec.exchange I've been proposing a 10% premium on electric and water, dedicated to relief of back bills for seniors, disabled, etc. Some of the local politicians have been receptive. None have listened when I said we should get property tax in advance at a discount for the data center owner, just in case they're broke next year.
