I know 4 people, who use the horse version. Because they raise cattle they can get it and they use it for themselves. One of them used to help his cancer treatment.
That’s 4 to many.

Because they raise cattle they can get it Anybody can get it. Walk into a Tractor Supply, North 40, or any animal feed/supply store, and you can pick some up right off the shelf. For a while there, curing covid mania, cashiers were actually asking people for a picture of their livestock before they’d sell it to you, but even then you could have just shown them any picture of any horse and that would have been enough.
