The trouble is, my person is autistic and isn’t able to appreciate my perspective. So I ride a roller coaster, absorbing the ‘lurches’, understanding their inability to see things through my lens. (And yes, I know the world is set up for neurotypicals and that their life hard.) It’s just I have these dips when I feel I can’t ride the roller coaster anymore. I suppose it’s because I feel trapped. Sorry for the whinging.

@TalktoBeverley@mas.to Oh! Yes, that really can be hard. But it still is not necessarily all your fault. Just tuck that idea away and then just vent as much as you want. I'll stop being a nosy Nellie any time now. 😅
