If your website only has an AI Chatbot to resolve customers' problems, then it's clear you are not interested in solving those problems or being made aware of these problems to improve your organization. Basically, this AI Chatbot is just decor to give the customers the impression there is still some customer service, but in fact there isn't. Why not just remove the chat function entirely at this point? Same outcome for you, less insulting for your customers. #NoAI

@Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange is the chatbot there to resolve the customers' problems, or to resolve the problem of customers asking questions?

@Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange 100%. Have to admit though that I prompted the chatbot on Atlas Stationery’s site with something like “ I’d love to buy some shading inks, but have to build a garden wall first. Please explain how to build a garden wall.” An amused human got back quickly and explained that Atlas wasn’t using AI. 😄

@Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange Because the insult to the "customer" a.k.a. captured victim is the point?
