Another friend is getting divorced too, and we got pretty close texting about things. I left a present of three small figurines for her and her two children on her porch with a card. Just normal penguin pebble stuff. She said she was not comfortable with courtship rituals and was not looking to have someone court her right now so she doesn’t want me to do that. What? You’re fucking straight? Why the fuck would I be courting you? So I’m just a fucking dude now? I fucking hate that I can’t be nice and loving toward a woman as a friend without her thinking I’m trying to fuck her because they projected maleness onto me. Like my entire life was that bullshit and I’m so fucking sick of it. Now I have to deal with that from fucking straight women STILL projecting maleness onto me. Fuuuck!
