@sergio_101@social.sixdegreesofohio.com yeah it's great for starting out projects where you're not too familiar with the sdk. However, I (try to) make sure I understand all the code and use it to teach me. I may have to fix it maintain it down the road so I have to know how it works. Also, that's my name on the commit :) I really like rubber ducking with it though. It helps me focus on a solution quicker than reading docs and searching SO.

  • @torek@snabelen.no yeah.. it's like the ultimate learning tool. you can spend all afternoon looking for whatever quirk in the SDKis making you crazy, or have it point exactly to what the issue is. I have already had to help a few folks untangle their vibe-coded mess. My guess is that vibe coding is gonna create some good opportunities for us. Once you get to a certain point in your career, it seems like you're only solving a few problems over and over again. Making lists of some data, changing it.
