Trying to find a job board that isn't just scams and remembered Dice.com exists; the front page main headline is "AI Skills. Bigger Chances. Better Jobs." and explains "With 73% of tech job postings now requiring AI skills, Dice gives your expertise the competitive edge it deserves."
... But the AI was supposed to make work easier, not create a whole new category of "Non-transferable Skills"

It really doesn't help that my previous employer was on the fence about giving people AI access, but also kinda wanted everyone to use it because everyone at the top was using them, and essentially said they want everyone to expense their own LLM account instead of paying for a corporate account or self-hosting their own system (it was a hosting company.)
