@glen_malley@mstdn.ca home cooking at the end of the day makes calorie counting almost impossible but
i guess i should just stop buying the naughty foods that allow me to amp up the bad

@jamesrg@famichiki.jp It's not easy, definitely. But I bought a digital kitchen scale and approximate as best I can.
