@seldo@alpaca.gold The statute starts with the word "Whoever," and every version of the offence that could apply here requires that the access be intentional. oh damn that software doesnt belong to anyone? no one designed or deployed it? no one ordered this? your honor my python script i designed to do that did that not me. the amount of credulity this takes is absolutely staggering. if everyone didn't have brain damage or the regimes favor we would already be hearing from an attorney general. this is embarrassing i hate living in this stage of global lead poisoning.
