Side-aspects that vessels can hurt or kill whales, as well as this was only one of many species, might be indeed negative. A list of dangers for whales is very limited, further dangers are i.e seismic verfications where tremendously loud pings are created which can destroy whale's senses or confuse them to find the right ways. A list can certainly be extended by further points.
