@capriciousday@mastodon.social So, the Sega MegaDrive/Genesis Mini II ( released sometime in 2022?) has a port of Space Harrier 2 made to this machine.

@ZanaGB@lgbtqia.space ah I see! that's very cool. Yeah I spent a while trying to look for specs or anything but it's only vaguely referred to as a " megadrive with sprite scaling" as far as I can tell. The best I found was M2's gigadrive (3ds) spec: https://gbatemp.net/threads/research-m2s-3d-gigadrive-emulator.475800/ - maybe that's a clue about what memory mappings are likely for the scaler but I actually have no idea
