If you watch a current TV series, good and bad are usually the two sides. It is very rare that bad is fighting bad. This makes bad stories. Since humans tend to storify everything, this leads to XOR thinking and the media reinforces it.

@masek@infosec.exchange But life isn’t XOR. If majority of society returns to mapping the world into the childhood fables, rather than expanding their understanding of the complexity, MAGA is a very logical consequence.
