LLMs can't reason about socio-economic issues, and arguably they are not trained to, other than to generate in line with alignment training. The definition of "Open" used by a hyperscaler may be very different from the use of that word by a small company. People should be concerned about two large technology companies controlling tools & platforms for certain telecommunications aspects between them now. LLMs just served to obfuscate this when queried, just regurgitating marketing feelgoodisms.
