I still get irritated thinking about The Rise of Skywalker. From Finn being relegated to just shouting Rey! Rey! most of the movie, to the ancient Sith dagger that JUST happened to have the exact same silhouette as contemporary wreckage, to Palpatine's return. F--- this movie.
Plus, I HATED Palpatine returning when Dark Empire did it in the '90s. 30 years did not change my opinion about it.

J.J. Abrams might be a good director, technically, but I fundamentally disagree with him on what all my favorite sci-fi franchises are about. Favreau and Filoni are much more aligned with my tastes.
